Lambda Phi Xi is a Social and Service Multicultural Sorority that was founded on the campuses on Michigan State University and Purdue University Calumet in the Spring of 2004.

Lambda Phi Xi believes that through our purpose and vision as Sisters that we can Soar to Excellence through Sisterhood. Our sisterhood prides itself on its diversity. We enlist and encourage our members of diverse ethnic and cultural groups in the active exchange of cultural traditions and celebrations that promote respect, appreciation of diversity and mutual understanding. As an organization we believe strongly in the Ideals of Educational Achievement, Strength through Diversity as well as Service Excellence and Sisterhood Unparalleled.
